Company employees and white colar stress relief course

Who will benefit from this course

This course is specially designed for company employees and office workers. It is based on traditional Chinese Taoist internal work and life nourishing methods to relieve stress and increase working efficiency. Carefully selected movements coordinated with breathing will increase blood flow and supply of oxygen to brain.

Sitting in front of computer for a long periods of time, will cause problems with neck spine, shoulders and waist. Practicing these movements can prevent occupational disease and solve problems with neck spine, shoulders and waist.

This program is suitable for all modern companies that care about tradition and employees wellbeing.

Life Nourishing Exercises

Life nourishing methods and health exercise can be divided into 2 main areas

  1. Still practice
  2. Moving practice

Still practice is Neigong - Internal work, also called Zhan zhuang – Standing meditation. Neigong uses special breathing method, which focuses the spirit, calms down the heart, opens energy channels, and helps to circulate Qi and blood.

Moving practices are Wujiquan like Six Healing Sounds, Eight Pieces of Brocade, Five Animal Method (a lot of other schools have methods with the same name, but each school has its specialties and they can look very different) and special life nourishing methods set which is only found in Wujiquan.

All of these methods are designed to exercise the whole body, although some are more focused on exercising joints, ligaments and muscles, some are more focused on exercising internal organs and some focus more on different energy channels.

All of life nourishing methods and health exercise follow the circle of mutual production of the 5 Elements/Phases which is: Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth. Each one of the 5 Elements represents an internal organ; metal represents lungs, water represents kidneys, wood represents liver, fire represents heart, earth represents spleen.

Life nourishing methods and health exercise stress the harmony of Yin and Yang, which is the harmony of right and left, front and back, inside and outside, full and hollow organs… By practicing these, one can tune in the rhythm of the Nature and increase health, build up the body and get rid of diseases.

Goal of the practice

If you have sickness, heal the sickness. If you don’t have sickness, build up the body.

Harmonize spirit, nourish heart, sooth liver, assist spleen, invigorate lungs, tonify kidneys, condition triple burner, open and unblock energy channels, enhance circulation of blood and Qi (vital energy). Fill the whole body with strength and multiply inner strength.

Description of the methods taught in courses

Standing meditation, also called Neigong - Internal work or Zhan zhuang – Standing like tree. Neigong uses special breathing method, which focuses the spirit, calms down the heart, opens energy channels, helps to circulate Qi and blood and is able to clean internal organs and heal injuries.In the higher levels of practice, it is a way of spiritual development, a way to transform and rebuild the whole being.

Five Animal Method is a set of life nourishing methods based on 5 different animals movement. Each of the five animal's represents one of the 5 elements and corresponding internal organ. Bear represents metal - lungs, Dragon/Snake represents water - kidneys, Tiger represents wood - liver, Ape represents fire - heart, and Rooster represents earth - spleen.

Five Animal Method is divided into fixed step and moving step method, except for training the internal organs, this method also exercises joints, and enhances harmony of left and right brain hemisphere as well as coordination between different body parts and overall stability and flexibility.

Neck Spine Kung Fu comes from Wuji32 posture life nourishing set and is specifically focused on exercising neck spine. Moves are simple, easy to remember and very effective. They can be practiced while standing as well as while sitting.

Six Healing Sounds are based on the knowledge that every internal organ has its unique vibration and by tuning into the right vibration through sound we can make the organ stronger and healthier. This method is also based on the circle of mutual production of 5 elements, which is Metal (Lungs), Water (Kidneys), Wood (Liver), Fire (Heart), Earth (Spleen), the 6th sound is for theTriple burner, which contents all solid and hollow internal organs.Through continuous practice, you will be able to tune in your internal organs, get rid of toxins stored inside, and transform negative emotions stored in organs into positive emotions.

Eight Pieces of Brocade consists of 8 simple, easy to remember movements. During the practice Yin and Yang are following each other, you root deep into the Earth, while coordinating your breath with the movement. The use of so called immortal breathing method, will enhance the blood circulation, balance the nervous system and massage the internal organs.Through long term practice you will learn how to move your spine, open your joints, open and connect the energy channels and reconnect with your body and with nature.

Wuji 32 posture life nourishing set is very effective life nourishing method that was kept in secrecy in the past. This method exercises the whole body, from head to feet, joint, ligaments, muscles as well as internal organs.

Wujiquan Single Posture Cyclic Palm is from where Rooster step form, Moon form and Snake form come from.

The whole form consists of 12 sets and every set consist of 6 moves. All of the moves are imitating animals and nature. The emphasis is on 3 connections:
